There must be something more

Mk 16:17-18;
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Lk. 10:19;
19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
While growing up, John G. Lake saw eight of his siblings – four brothers and four sisters die prematurely due to sickness. For thirty-two years, there was always one member of the family who was an invalid. When his young wife took ill and was on the verge of death, Lake cried out to God asking, ‘why are you letting this happen?’
The lord answered saying, “It’s not me who is letting this happen, you are! This isn’t my will. Satan is responsible for this and it’s your duty to do something about it. You have the authority to heal these people.”
John G lake heard God and believed, and saw his wife raised up. He began a miracle ministry that saw well over 100,000 documented cases of divine healing. At one time, Spokane, Washington, was declared to be the healthiest city in the United States and they credited this to his ministry.
You know all those illnesses, death, and loss could just have overwhelmed and sunk him, but Lake became motivated to seek God, he knew and told himself: THERE MUST BE SOMETHING MORE, I WILL SEE THE MIRACULOUS POWER OF GOD IN MY LIFE.
Just like John G lake, you must recognise today that there is something more that can be done instead of just watching the devil do his thing. Rather than been overwhelmed and seeking pity, we must walk on the waters knowing fully well there is something more: an exceeding great power- which is in the one who has believed the Gospel. The same power that conquered the grave!
But it just remains all that till the believer uses it! You must learn to trust the power of God, love it and see it work through you. You must learn to give direction to God’s power when contrary situations and winds come your way. Be active with putting God’s power to work daily in your life. Whatever you see that’s not fitting in God’s word is most likely there because you have allowed it. Now, put a stop to it, and experience the miraculous power of God in your life.
Are you in a place where an intervention is needed by the supernatural? It’s not beyond you.THERE IS SOMETHING MORE, Something only you can do when you trust in the power of God.
Act on the word, work miracles. You can do the more!
